The goal of canalstop.com is to provide a wide selection of bestseller products 24 hours-a-day. We will make every attempt to ship your order in the same day the order is placed. Our normal order processing time within 24 to 48 hours. Delays may occur for products on back order, in limited availability or on special order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
We understand that you as customers have your own deadlines to meet, and we will try our best to meet those deadlines. However, due to the high turnover rate of the products, there are times when deadlines just could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal.
Our products are shipped using standard UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Standard Overnight. We will use International priority for international orders. canalstop.com will charge no handling fee. all orders regardless of the size of orders by UPS.
Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to additional shipping cost, transaction and insurance fees. The customer must make arrangement with us to reship the products again. Any refused shipment does not constitute a cancellation. Furthermore, any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made. canalstop.com does not ship to PO Box or APO addresses.
